Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Once your order has shipped, we will send you tracking information via email.

Shipping Time

For deliveries within the United States, please allow 7-12 business days for your order to arrive after processing.

Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed during checkout based on your order details. No shipping fees are charged until you complete your purchase.

Return and Refund Policy

You may return items within 14 days of delivery for a refund. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Once we receive your returned item, refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days.

Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it. After this time, we may have already started processing your shipment.
